Sequence of data entry using Syngraph
1. Enter references in the database. Each taxon name must to be referenced or noted as unpublished
2. Enter taxon names in the database
3. Build synonym lists. Establish a record that will link all the names from a synonym list (preferably the senior synonym name). Enter this name in the list as key entry.
4. Enter other names to the list.
The procedures below are in the recommended (but not obligatory) sequence:
