Save the graphic synonym list
1. Chose Graphic Tab in the Display window
2. Click on the button 
3. A Save As dialog window will appear
4. Use the Save As dialog window (above) to specify where you want to save the graphic synonymy list and the name of the image file
5. Click the "Save" button
6. You can open the file with any image software or import it into any word processor; the extension of the image file is *.BMP (from Bitmap)
